In one transaction, Ron insisted on a clause to protect my interests. That clause single handedly prevented a lawsuit. Ron is very pleasant and honest to deal with. You never feel pressured to make an offer until you are satisfied. Ron showed us several homes at a time with preset appointments. We went back to a house several times and Ron always had a very pleasant and positive attitude. When we listed our home, Ron suggested key changes to help make the home more appealing. Our home sold within a day. We became friends and feel we can call Ron with any questions whether it be of a maintenance variety or general touch ups.
